Abstract: Culture is something that changes over time and according to the life circumstances of the people. Culture in the Tamil tradition is what sets us apart from the rest of the world. Tamil literature is an excellent companion for understanding this proud culture. Literatures are symbols of the life of ancient Tamils. Tamilans are able to protect the people, to dispel the ignorance of the people and to face the society through the literary messages of the news about the necessity of life and the basic messages of the culture.
