Abstract

Abstract: Woman and feminist language in the poems of Eelamist women warriors Peyaridaatha nadchathiram is a collection of poems written by the eelamist women warriors. This collection includes seventy poems written by twenty six female militant poetesses. It represents the mental feelings, strengths, and heroic ventures of the women who have joined the battlefield. All the poems in this collection portray the struggles of the poetesses who are directly involved in the struggle. As a result, their poems talk about various issues that have not been spoken by other poetesses so far. In addition, the use of language, clauses, and images in their poems are completely different from other poetesses. The women fighters in these poems are not enslaved to anyone. They intend to achieve their goals without losing their sense of self. They express the heroic deeds, the spheres of battlefield, and various new expressions. Thus, these poems are different from the poetic language other poetesses.
