Abstract: The present paper is mainly discussed about karthikai worship cult of Malaiyali Tribe at javvadu Hill. Javadhu Hill is widely located on Thiruppathur, Thiruvannamalai and Velor district. Malaiyaali Tribes has been living in Javvadu Hill from the mesolithic period to till date. They have rich cultural and worship cult. karthikai worship cult is celebrate on November or December month in every year. Sangam literature also referred this cult.
