Abstract

Even in this era, which has seen significant advancements in science, understanding the minds of those who journey with us remains elusive. According to the saying, "If the mind is pure, there is no need for chanting mantras," it is unquestionable that it is the mind that leads a person toward virtue or directs them toward vice. This article explores how the mind of the confidante, which reflects the state of the inner self, contributes positively in areas such as emotional control, offering guidance, and resolving conflicts.

அறிவியல் வளர்ச்சியில் பல்வேறு முன்னேற்றங்களை அடைந்துள்ள இக்காலத்திலும் நம்முடன் பயணிப்பவர்களின் மனதை அறிந்துகொள்ள முடியவில்லை. ”மனமது செம்மையானால் மந்திரம் செபிக்கத் தேவையில்லை” என்னும் கூற்றுக்கு இணங்க ஒருவரை நன்மைக்கு இட்டுச் செல்வதும் தீமையின் பால் நடக்கச் செய்வதும் அவரது மனமே என்பதில் ஐயமில்லை. உள்ளத்தின் நிலையை வெளிப்படுத்தி நிற்கும் தோழியின் மனமானது இற்செறிப்பு, வரைவு கடாதல், குறைநயத்தல் ஆகிய துறைகளில் எவ்வாறெல்லாம் நன்மைக்கு இட்டுச் செல்கின்றது என்பதை ஆராய்வதாக இக்கட்டுரை அமைகின்றது.
