Abstract

All Tamil words carry meaning, and this meaning is conveyed through their usage. When a word is spoken, it is first recognized as a linguistic unit, and then it communicates its meaning. In doing so, it expresses both external (literal) and internal (implied) meanings. Some words, when grouped together in threes, convey a single unified idea, while others, arranged in sequence, express multiple meanings.
